In this thesis, the rare earth doped Eu(TTA)3probe molecule were prepared, which the rare earth oxide and TTA were used as raw materials, and then the rare earth doped Eu(TTA)3/PMMA temperature sensitive paint (TSP) was obtained when the rare earth doped Eu(TTA)3probe molecule were doped into the PMMA. The properties of the probe molecule and the TSP were characterized by IR, scanning electron microscopy, absorption spectra and fluorescence spectrum. IR analysis indicate that the coordinate bond between rare earth and TTA was formed, and the structure of Eu(TTA)3was not destroyed when the rare earth was doped into Eu(TTA)3. UV absorption spectra show that the absorption band of the probe molecule is226~373nm. The strongest emission peak is613nm when the TSP was excited by340nm, and the emission strength of the TSP was decreased with the increasing of temperature. It shows that the TSP has good temperature quenching property; furthermore, the temperature measure sensitivity was also enhanced for the doping of rare earth.
