In this thesis paper,the outstanding aerodynamics pressure sensitive paints(PSP) were obtained, in which the probe molecules were synthesized with R.UCl3 and bipyridine as materials,and the probe molecules were dispersed into the thin film SiO2 matrix prepared through sol-gel method. The structure of the probe molecules,properties of SiO2 film and oxygen quenching properties of PSP was studied. The test result of IR spectrum showed that the structure of bipyridine was not destroyed during the synthesis of probe molecules. XRD pattern showed that the probe molecules of PSP were existed in crystal state,TG-DTA analysis indicated the probe molecules could existed steadily under about 560℃. SEM images showed that the synthetical probe molecules present layered hexagonal structure. The factors of influence on the properties of SiO2 film, such as the quantity of HCl,H2O,C2H5OH,DMF and sol temperature were studied. Absorption spectrum of PSP indicated that the absorption band of PSP was about 200-500nm. The best doped concentration was 0.06g probe molecules /5ml SiO2 sol. The emission spectrum indicated that the strongest emission peak of PSP was near 604nm, at the same time, the fluorescence intensity was decreased with the increasing of oxygen concentration, which means this PSP have strong oxygen quenching characteristics ,which established a good foundation for application of PSP.
