Study On The Photodegradation Of Pressure-sensitive Paint

In view of the present domestic and foreign non-contacts measured that presses the existence the pressure sensitive paint light degeneration question, the paper described the basic principles of manometry PSP, discusses the characteristics of pressure-sensitive paint photodeitation light source, irradiation time and the the relationship between ambient temperature and so on. On this basis, the establishment of a ruthenium probe pressure-sensitive paint photodegradation of the simulation model, designed PSP manometry of the basic program, and to achieve several PSP photodegradation characteristics of the sample were compared.Papers using 410nm and 473nm continuous laser as the excitation source to study the different irradiation times, in different temperatures and different time intervals under the conditions of ruthenium probe light degradation characteristics of pressure-sensitive paint, analyzed the factors that affect the photodegradation PSP, and for different light the causes of degradation, put forward the corresponding compensation and correction programs.Experiment and analysis results show that the longer wavelength excitation light source, energy, the greater the temperature the lower the test time interval the smaller, light degradation of the more obvious the phenomenon. This simulation results are basically the same.The papers' research will be the Ruthenium pressure-sensitive paint photodegradation of ruthenium further research to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the ruthenium pressure-sensitive paint to further improvement of practical process parameters and compensation provide a basis for the improvement of correction system.
