| Natural gas is a clean energy source, because it has advantages such as convenience, safety etc, the supply of pipe gas has been used widely, it gradually replaced the bottled gas. Natural gas is inflammable and explosive.In order to ensure the safety of gas supply to users, we must monitor and control the real-time status of system operation, such as the signal of pressure and flow etc, to facilitate carrying on the optimal adjustment. The development of gas station industrial monitor system is based on the need.In order to determine the needs of system and put forward a design scheme for the gas station industrial monitor system, firstly the gas station industrial monitor system is analyzed in this paper.CPU315-2DP is used as controlling core of the system, processes the uploading signal, including the pressure, flow, valve position of cut-off valve and pressure regulator valve, and controls the valve position of the needle valve and the open and close of the cut-off valve, thus it realize the purpose of the pressure and flow modulating and controlling, which ensures the safety of users.First of all, the design of hardware, software and debugging plan. In the design of hardware, CPU315-2DP not only needs to deal with the analog and digital signal from the scene, but also to communicate with EM277 and the touch screen of KTP600 Basic color DP by PROFIBUS DP, which controls the position of relevant valves are analysied in this thesis. The PLC module and the design of its hardware's circuit, electric control cabinet, and communication circuit of PLC are described. In the design of software, describes the design of PLC program and code, the development of touch screen. It concludes the several debugging plan, such as the visualization of hardware check, the debugging of hardware and software, which is beneficial to the system stability.The gas station industrial monitor system is implemented based on the above design.Firstly, it is verified by the laboratory static test that the communication between the monitor system, touch screen and PLC is successful, which achieves the desired result. The monitoring function and target of the gas station industrial monitoring system have realized, which has been successfully applied in some industrial field. |
