Research On Scale Removing Technology About The Heating Furnace In The Oilfield

The special research on scale removing technology about the heating furnace is developed to ensure its economic, safe and high-efficient operation so as to cut down production cost. Based on the study about the mechanism of scale formation, the paper makes out the composition of the scale and analyzes its harmful factors to scale on the heating surface. The kind of high-efficiency detergent has been compounded through lab testing and the technology of removing scale by washing with high pressure is further improved. After the field test and application, the research effects are proved. Finally, the scale removing technology suitable to the heating furnace—the special equipment in the oilfield has been designed and developed.In this project, with the optimization method, a kind of composite detergent that can quickly dissolve the oil, colloid and inorganic salt scale is screened out from lots of detergents. Because the components of the scale in the heating furnace are mixed evenly and form the protecting film to each other, besides the conventional cleaning agents, the detergent also contains some cleaning assistant agents such as penetrating agent, accelerator, stripping agent and disperser to remove the scale completely. Meanwhile, in order to solve the problem that equipments or materials are corrosion and damaged by acid cleaning solution, a kind of high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor is developed that is suitable to the materials of the heating furnace and dissolving well with above-mentioned agents and crude oil. This kind of corrosion inhibitor is high inhibiting efficiency which can prevent the component segregation because of the components in the scale. In addition, according to the common furnace shapes in the oilfield, some reasonable cleaning processes with high efficiency and short time are designed. And the gas perturbation technique is introduced to the scale removing technology.The perfect scale removing technology studied in this project which is suitable to the structure of the heating furnaces in Daqing Oilfield and the characteristics of heated medium can solve the problems that currently existed in the process of scale removal, such as "poor removal effects" or "over-removal". Moreover, it has less security hidden dangers and removes scale cleaner. The application of the technology can enhance the efficiency and save the fuels and other energy consumption of the heating furnace. If more than 2000 heating furnaces in the oilfield make scale removal work one time annually, it can achieve the profits about 0.156 billion RMB. It can also greatly save the costs of maintenance and improve the service life of the heating furnace.
