The article start from the mechanism of heat accumulation type high temperature air combustion,pay attention to the high temperature air combustion technology application,to solve the billet reheating furnace equipment old,XX company heat source change causes can't adapt itself to the requirements of existing production problems,It is Proposed to transform the furnace.Through theoretical calculations to determine the use of which combustion technology,the size of the furnace heating capacity,furnace type,burner heating capacity,size pipes diameter main technical parameters.Rehabilitation programs are as follows:adhere to the use of old equipment with new equipment integration;removal of the original furnace,a new furnace at the site,a new furnace using air and gas double regenerative combustion technology,fuel from a mixed gas into blast furnace gas;heating capacity of 1 lOt/h,can ensure an annual output of 750,000 tons of production capacity;full use of furnaces existing infrastructure,using the side of the side of the raw materials into a walking beam furnace type flat top,single-row placement furnace raw material,use upper and lower dual heating;preheating the combustion chamber of the installation of three groups of the upper and lower burner,heating capacity of 2300m3/h and 2800m3/h,the heating section up and down the installation of four groups burners,heating capacity of 2300m3/h and 2800m3/h,soaking zone and down the install two burners,heating capacity of 2000m3/h and 2500m3/h;gas supply pipe and exhaust pipe for the corresponding transformation,manifold diameter DN 1550mm;air supply pipe and exhaust pipe for the corresponding transformation,duct diameter DN 1330mm;transform water cooling system,door system,water beam systems,control systems and auxiliary systems;the rear section of the mill furnace is not transformation.The transformation to achieve the blast furnace gas instead of the mixed gas and to achieve a low calorific value energy use in heat energy demand environment,verify the correctness of theoretical calculations,the same type of work and the future reference.Project to achieve the following results:1.To achieve the low calorific value of the fuel in use,gas heat value heat value of the fuel needs of the environment decreased from the previous 2200 ×4.18kJ/Nm3 to now 800 × 4.18kJ/Nm3,a reduction in 63.64%;gas consumption increased from 14854m3/h increased to the current 37829m3/h,a reduction in 7.49%;to achieve energy savings,low calorific value fuel to expand are as of application indicate direction.2.The flue gas emission temperature from the original 300+ to 150 C below,into the heating furnace air,gas temperature from the original 280 to 1000 degrees Celsius above,the heat is more fully utilized,therefore,compared with the previous 2011,2013 to achieve direct energy saving 4498.36tce;2014 to achieve direct energy 4930.19tce;2013 to achieve the indirect energy 4707.21tce;in 2014,the indirect energy 5008.30tce.3.Energy saving to reduce SO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions have direct implications,to calculate the festival 2013 energy,reduce the tons of emission S024363;high temperature air combustion technology of high temperature and low oxygen environment can effectively inhibit the generation of nitrogen oxides.Therefore,the transformation of the benefits of environmental protection is very obvious.4.The project construction side,fuel heating furnace by the outsourcing of coke oven gas change for its own blast furnace gas,to reduce annual fuel purchase expenses 1.038 billion yuan,economic benefits is very significant.It is proved that the regenerative combustion technology is suitable for steel rolling production.It can effectively reduce the production energy consumption and produce good economic and social benefits.At the same time,through this reform,it also provides a new direction for the development of iron and steel joint venture.
