With the development of open-cast mining technology and the awareness of energy conservation and environment protection, the importance of recoverable energy absorption device to line-supplied system of heavy-duty electrical wheels autonomous dump truck is becoming obvious. This paper research and design the super-capacitor energy storage, with the apply occasion of line-supplied system of heavy-duty electrical wheels autonomous dump truck. Then, it research and analysis the effect the energy storage take to the line-supplied system.Firstly, the paper makes an brief introduction to line-supplied system and electrical wheels autonomous dump truck on the surface mine.Then, with South Africa Iske open-air iron mine as research background, it remodels the SCT121dump truck to the line-supplied dump truck, and builds the simplified electrical model. Then it labors the energy and power of regeneration braking according to different operating situation in the power feed section. Then, it adopts the equivalent24pulse rectifier unit model to provide power and design the parameter to fit in the supply system of the project. Then, according to the characteristic of the main circuit of the line-supplied electrical wheels autonomous dump truck, it adopts a scheme of direct torque control for the ac drive motor. And it builds a motor control simulation model equipped with24pulse rectifier unite model. Then, simulates and analyses the different driving motor models of line-supplied autonomous dump truck according to different vehicles operating situations.Secondly, aimed at the problem of regeneration braking energy absorption and the great voltage fluctuation of the traction electric network, the paper adopts a solution scheme of regeneration braking energy absorption system equipped with super-capacitor storage device. Then, it calculates the array of super capacitor group in the storagy device. And it chooses the type of the converter for in the storage device and calculates the parameters of the component parameters. Then, according to the practical operating situation of line-supplied system, an energy storage inductor reference current control strategy is used,base on the line voltage and SoC of super-capacitor group, to guarantee that the storage system can operate in the state, which can transform smoothly between the charging state、neutral state and discharging state according to voltage and SoC of super-capacitor group. Then the paper establishes a unified control strategy for the converter, added with current loop and voltage loop for effective compensation. And the function of positive and negative bidirectional operation need verification through simulation.Finally, the author installs the super-capacitor storage system model to the line-supplied system model of electrical wheels autonomous dump truck, to build regeneration braking energy absorption system model equipped with super-capacitor storage device. Then, amends the model base on different situations of vehicles operation and simulates it and analysis the results. At last, the super-capacitor regeneration braking storage system is verified that it has effective impact on the line-supplied system in the aspect of stabilizing voltage、saving energy and guaranteeing the balance of power supply and demand.
