Study On Lake Water Quality Simulation System Based On WebGIS

Along with the rapid development of economy and society of our country in recent years ,the water for life and productionincreased rapidly, meanwhile,a great quantity untreated wastewater were directly emissioned into rivers and lakes,and causesthe serious water pollution, which hinders economic and social further development.In order to cope with the water pollutionproblems of lake,it appears very important to simulate the changeing concentration of water pollutants using water qualitymodel of lake dynamically.The lake water environment become very complex due to the influence of many factors such asenvironment, climate, topography and environment pollutant discharge.The GIS technology could express the complex changes ingraphic form because it's data capture,editing and strong spatial query,analytical skills.If we could integrated the GIS technology and water quality model that reaction water pollution diffusion process,then we can reflect changes of water situation and trends vividly.The lake water quality simulation system takes the data of spatial and attribute that water environment related as thecore,meanwhile apply WebGIS technology to water quality simulation process.This paper focuses on the methods of GIS and lakes water quality model integration,on this basis, we designed the lake water quality simulation system based on WebGIS.This system takes Kapayeb water diffusion model as an example,simulated the process of the diffusion of contaminants in the lakes.The main content of the article is as follows:(1)Did detailed analysis and discussion of lake water quality model which take Kapayeb water diffusion model as an example.(2)Studied the key technology which constructs water quality simulation system,Mainly includes RIA,WebService,WebGIS technology etc.(3)Studied the method how water quality model and WebGIS technology integrated.(4) Established water quality simulation experiment system which integrate water quality model and WebGIS technology,through. this system,we can express the process of water quality information processing and quality simulation visuall.
