Cementing truck is the key equipment during cementing the well. The wholevehicle structure is complicated, adopts an advanced technique. Along with thedevelopment of technology, more and more new techniques are applied tocementing truck, the product renewal becomes more and more quick, the marketlife span is more and more short. Therefore, it is important to shorten the time ofdesign and manufacture. Under this circumstances, researching fast, low cost andhigh credibility cementing truck have the very big theories meaning and physicallyapplied value. Module design which bases on systems engineering embodys the thought ofstandardization theories. The module products solve the contradiction betweenstandard and customization need, have outstanding commonality and flexibility,raised the design manufacturing efficiency and quality. It can adapt the need of themarket fierce competition. As a result it is subjected to domestic and internationalextensive concern of the academic circles and industrial boundary.This article combine the cementing truck project of Da Qing Petroleum.Research the applications of module ideological system in Cementing truck design.In order to develop it's design technology. The module design of Cementing truckmainly include three important parts: the decomposition process of Cementingtruck, Assembling process of Cementing truck module and establishment processof manages system.Make use of an method of the system engineering, we make the systemdecomposition of cementing truck, establish the module system. It is also to makesynthetically analysis to the module object, separate the unit that have the same orsimilar function. After the above work complete, carry on optimization design ofmodule units' structure and parameter and criterion design of the module interface.After building up the module system, we have to make sure the reasonablecombination method, and build the decision-making system. Then make use ofmodule units to assemble a new cementing truck product. This is the combinationprocess of the Cementing truck.The module design of cementing truck is a very complicated process,involving many research contents. If you want to carry on the moduledecomposition and the module design orderly, and make full use of the existedmodule with little design to constitute the customer request cementing truck, it isessential to built up the module management system. The work that builds up themodule management system mainly include making the module coding accordingto coding rule, building up the module database and the graphic database ,anddeveloping computer aided management system software.The key step of modular design of cementing truck is to divide the cementingtruck into a series of different module reasonably and scientifically. The papermainly studies these aspects:(1) Discuss the concepts of module and module design, and make a furtherresearch to the mechanical module.(2) Use the system analysis method to program the module design process ofthe cementing truck, definite the design needs. Meanwhile discuss the moduledemarcation, the optimization design of module units, and the cementing truckmodule's composition and layout. All of this makes the foundation for furtherresearch of cementing truck module design.(3) Build up the cementing truck module coding system, and describe theprocess of it.(4) Do the Analysis and research about the module management system, anddevelop the computer aided management system software.
