China's Clean Development Mechanism Under The International Climate Cooperation

Attributed to human activity global warming caused by climate change has been anindisputable fact, it's not merely disturb to our ecosystem but also link to the survival anddevelopment of humankind. In the late of20century, the worlds gradually began to aware thisurgency and start to coordinate with it.the turbulence of international climate cooperation never comes to an end Until the Kyotoprotocol. It's the first time to quantify the obligations of developed countries, also by introducingthe clean development mechanism (CDM) of Kyoto flexible mechanism to help those countriesachieve its GHGs reduction goal. That gives the significance to the international climatecooperation.CDM become a connection between developed and developing countries which aim to helpdeveloped countries on its reduction goal economically in one hand, and help the developingcountries to seize the sustainable development in other hand that leads to a win-win solution.Since2002, China signed the Kyoto protocol that makes china's CDM industries began to rock.Based on the perspective of international politics and place the clean development mechanismunder the background of international climate cooperation, this paper trying to analysis the status,motivations, problems of china's clean development mechanism, also the facts that affects it, andcombined with the problems of post-Kyoto era in order to tease out the ins and outs of china'sclean development mechanism.
