The new production projects have some characteristics, such as big investment, long life cycle, complex structure, some science majors and professionals, unforeseen, greater uncertainty and high risk. That prompted us to study how to evaluate it. It is also prompted us to investment production economic benefits and social benefit good project and manage the whole process. The purpose is to ensure the success of the project. At present, the institute has already built up the perfect quality management system and there is specific provision for new production project development but it is basically a blank for risk management. So put project risk management into the project management, it is not only reduce the project risks but also offer valuable experience for the project risk management into which I research projects.This study of essay is trifluoromethanesulfonic acid. According to the author's work experience and project it characteristics. I will discuss on the risk management. It including possible risks classification and how to conduct risk identification and it also includes analysis and so on. So it can be more accurate analysis and processing in new production projects of possible risk, minimize the risk of incidence and could cause adverse effects. It is objectively guarantee the smooth implementation of new production project.
