At present,most of the countries in the international engineering contracting market,more and more use of EPC general contract mode the large engineering project.First of all.is the beginning of the implementation in the construction industry,and then extended to refining and chemical and power engineering and other large projects.The current international,and gradually formed a set of systematic,perfect risk management system,but the research on risk management of general contracting mode in our country is still in the initial stage of EPC engineering.Compared with other projects,petrochemical engineering general contract project in EPC device with large investment,long construction period,many participants and other characteristics,resulting in the project cycle memory in more uncertainty.If not effectively make the project risk control.will give the project stakeholders causing all sorts of losses,or even directly lead to project failure.Taking Urumqi Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project as the research object,the status quo of research on the risk of construction project are summarized,a comprehensive introduction to the basic theory of EPC construction project risk management,the project risk identification,evaluation system establishment and analysis,risk control strategy and other aspects of research.The main work and innovations include the following aspects:According to the research results of EPC engineering project contract management were reviewed and summarized.the situation of the development of Chinese contractors in general contracting market,analysis of the existing in risk management of our country engineering general contracting enterprises and the practical project background,proposed to the Wu Shi of wax oil hydrogenation unit of EPC general contract project risk management in the necessary analysis and Countermeasure Study on the domestic enviroment at present,this paper further expounds the academic value and practical significance.According to the analysis and description of Urumqi Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project risk factors,the fault tree method selected Ukrainian Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project risk factors faced,and constructs the constructs of Urumqi Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project risk failure tree model;The characteristics of industry characteristics and the Ukrainian Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project for construction projects,the use of AHP algorithm to determine the weight of each index,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the Ukrainian Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project risk qualitative and quantitative evaluation more comprehensive and detailed,on the level of risk of the contract project analysis,to determine the project's overall risk and the risk of importance;Identification,according to Ukrainian Petrochemical VGO hydrotreating unit in EPC general contract project risk estimation and evaluation and response to the discussion on theory and practice,presents specific measures,for the study of the risk assessment system of risk management of the project and other related projects,have certain reference significance.
