Currently,there is a gap between domestic laser marking machine and well-known laser marking machine abroad,e.g:(1) Lack of systematic survey on user-needs led to difference between product image and the users'emotional awareness;(2) Details of product are rough and lack of modern:(3) Product image recognition feature is not obvious.These factors formed deadly impact on the market competitiveness of domestic laser marking machine,and also challenged to the industrial design methods in the field of the laser processing equipment.Kansei Engineering is based on "people's emotion" for the design origin, translates the user's emotional image into specific design elements of products with scientific measurement method and statistical analysis,and can find more possibilities and innovation for design; Finally,the product is also better favored by consumers.This article used Kansei Engineering method to design laser marking machine,Which is a new idea to solve the design problems in the field of laser processing equipment.Firstly,this article introduced the meaning,disciplines,the classification and the specific implementation process of Kansei Engineering;Secondly,used the method of Kansei Engineering to determine design process and method of the laser marking machine:Collected and classified laser marking machine samples(cluster analysis)â†'Collected and selected image semantic adjectives of laser marking machineâ†'Established SD(semantic differential method)scale to evaluate the samplesâ†'Selected the representative image semantic adjectives(factor analysis)â†'Analyzed form elements of laser marking machineâ†'Established the relation of semantic image and product shape(multiple linear regression analysis)â†'Established the relation of semantic image and colour.Finally, this article established the association of image semantic and shape elements,color of laser marking machine,And selected high- grade and low-grade image for program design,The result of investigation and evaluation on the program proved the rationality and effectiveness of Kansei Engineering method used in the creative design research of laser marking machine,And the guidance of research conclusions.
