The requirement of steel's production management and quality management is increasing with improving of steel production in our country.Bills are required to be marked with numbers that consist of production batch,production time and so on.A marking machine before heat treatment has been designed base on the actual situation and technical requirements of one steel sheet plant.The work is carried mainly on two aspects-the structural design and analysis and optimization of equipment.Based on the early investigations and study on the topic,the accumulation of experience and technology of research group,the processing conditions of sheet plant and the manufacturer's technical requirements,marking principle and processing arrangement have been done.Designing the whole structure of marking machine base on Pro/E that consist of writing mechanism,box of writing mechanism,the protecting mechanism of gun,main box,supporting beam and so on,and detailed study,design calculation and intensity check,choosing the best scheme.After structural design of the whole machine has been completed,finite element analysis of key parts of equipment have been done based on ANSYS Workbench,including the strength analysis and optimization design of the supporting beam,vibration analysis and optimization of the spray gun,the kinematics and dynamics analysis of writing mechanism and so on.First,the statics analysis of supporting beams was carried on,choosing the appropriate internal structure of beam.Then the modal analysis of beam has been done,getting the mode of vibration under the first six frequencies.According to analysis result above,set lighter quality,higher first order natural frequency as the optimization goal,optimization design of beam structure size has been done.Then vibration analysis and optimization of spray gun has been done,vibration amplitude of the gun has been decreased.Last,the dynamic characteristics analysis of writing organization has been done,including the kinematics and the transient dynamic analysis of writing mechanism.The curve of maximum stress and maximum deformation changing over time has been got,that provide theoretical basis for subsequent structural design and optimization.This topic has finished structural design of the whole machine of marking machine before heat treatment for sheet plant.Among,the designment of gun body anti-collision mechanism could effectively prevent the gun from impacting of X?Y?Z three directions;application of speed sensor-photoelectric encoder can solve the problem of synchronous movement of between equipment and steel plate;using the optimization design module of the finite element analysis,the optimized design of the structural beams have been done,the total mass of optimized beam has been reduced by 21.75%,achieving the goal of lightweight and low-cost;then the kinematics and transient dynamics analysis of writing mechanism have been done,that provide theoretical basis for the structural improvement and optimization.
