In software design, using C language to embedded programming, to overcome the disadvantage of low flexibility of assembly language and substantial increasing the efficiency in work. Finally, according to the voltage value from the hardware circuit and calculated by the current embedded software sludge concentration to display in the HMI interface.Through a number of experiments, the repeated change of hardware and the comparison of test results, the subject of the principle of using the photoelectric concentration meter designed sludge has been applied to stability such as sewage treatment plants and reliable operation and high precision.
