Nowadays the technology of two-dimensional printing has tended to be mature, and the large inkjet printers have been used widely in job of large-piece plane color printing, however, for 3D products, it is still commonly adopted the methods such as different technical painting or artificial staining, which exist some shortcomings like expensive cost, long-time processing, low spatial color fidelity, poor product consistency et al. With the development of technology of computer printing and 3D simulation, there is broad market prospect for 3D printing job, whereas there was only a few study on these relative content and methods at home and abroad, consequently a kind of design scheme based on 3D printing software system of ARM and DSP is proposed in this article.First, we discussed and studied the hardware components of 3D printing system in this article, meanwhile the whole structure of 3D printing system that designed in this article was introduced in detail, also a brief introduction of each hardware component and the system working principle was made; second, a whole construction of the 3D printing system software based on ARM and DSP was designed, and those important module in the system such as upper machine and motion controlling software of ARM+MCS314AS also generally designed. Third, by reconstructing the topology of STL model and fractionizing reconstructed triangular plate, to compute the cutting point of intersection by using cutting plane method on each subdivided edge of the triangle mesh, a series of obtained intersection point was processed by using cubic bezier curve-fitting, the relative research of inkjet printer locus equation has been done in the wake of its establishment. Consequently the tracking compensation algorithm with linear and rotary of inkjet head and the realization of equidistant offset of the series obtained points were demonstrated on focus. By analyzing the reason why the 3D printing color distorted, a computing method of marching interference verification with inkjet head was innovatively presented, and the corresponding simulation experiment was made. Finally, according to different digital description of surface color model, on the basis of analyzing file construction of CSTL, the data format of color which can be applied to the surface model mentioned in this paper was proposed. Also the compensation design of rotation angle difference to the algorithm of CMYK color separation in the image was performed, and on the basis of halftone algorithm processing,the model data format can be applied to four axes driver of inkjet head was designed.This paper presents the 3D printing software system based on ARM and DSP, it adopted the design scheme of four axes driver of inkjet head and color inkjet head printing of integration, it has a concise design and highly integration, can effectively replace manual operation, and achieve high-efficiency 3D printing, automatization these features.The combination of the tracking algorithm of linear and rotary marching and the method of marching interference verification with inkjet head can perform a safe and stable operation of inkjet head effectively, improving quality and efficiency of printing.
