Biological fermentation is an important branch of biotechnology.In the 21 st century,industrialized biological fermentation technology has constantly made new breakthroughs in food,drug,energy,materials,agriculture and other fields,and has made a significant contribution to food security,disease prevention and treatment and environmental governance.The production process using biological fermentation technology is complicated.It's difficult to control the fermentation process since the control index is numerous and the precision is high,the parameters have great influence on each other,some process parameters cannot be quickly detected,the unique sterilization operation is dangerous,and can make the production environment bad and its failure may cause a lot of raw material loss and lead to waste pollution.The production environment is harsh and the operation risk is high.The sterilization failure will cause a lot of raw material loss and waste pollution.At present,most biological fermentation enterprises are backward in technical equipment,low in automation degree and unstable in product quality.In this paper,how to improve the automation control level of biological fermentation production is the research topic,which embodies relevant practical value and meaningful significance.In the engineering background of biological fermentation process,this paper studies the whole process of fermentation cultivation and comprehensively analyzes the technological parameters that need to be controlled during production process in the fermentor.According to the requirement of disinfection operation,a set of automation control system scheme of fermentor is designed.The scheme can abandon the unnecessary human intervention,realize the smooth and stable process curve of the fermentor section,and further improve the operation accuracy and product quality.Based on the above fermentation production control system scheme,a complete fermentation control system is achieved.The MACS-K system of Hollysys Co Ltd is used as the control unit to communicate with the I/O module through the Profibus-DP fieldbus.After completing signal acquisition and conversion,field instruments are connected to I/O module for processing.The field valve controls the process according to the output signal of the I/O module,decoupling the complex production control process into several single-loop control modes,and solidifying the disinfection operation into a unified operation.All these are written into the program in SFC mode.Thus,the HMI interface can be used to visually monitor the status of the SFC sequence control and can be transferred to the manual intervention mode in case of emergency.The field test results prove that the scheme is effective and possess high practical value.
