But the coal mine accidents frequently, the casualties suffered heavy losses and badly influence. And the coal mine safety supervision play a important role in the prevention of coal mine accidents, so strengthening and improving the coal mine safety supervison system is particularly important in the current.The study on the application by the significant, systematic, safety engineering and so on, and reading lots of related literature and date have been evidence. Seriously and carefully research analysis to the current situation and insufficient of west: the U.S.A, Poland, North African, Australian, Russia and so on. Consider to analysis and summary such countries as its supervision system, laws and management as well as the advantages. Comprehensive analysis of coal mine safety monitoring system at home and abroad,The study shows that a relatively perfect and reasonable, in preventing and reducing accidents has played a great role. But there are also some inadequacies, for example, system of coal mine safety supervision organization and responsibities still needs further improvement, related laws and regulations but also to further strengthen its operations while improve practicality. On the existing problems, Application of AHP on the weight analysis on the coal mine security supervision system. Put forward specific improvement measures proposed. And the results of the study could provide reference for improving Chinese coal mine monitoring system. |
