Study Of Safety Management And Supervision Measures For Local Coal Mines In Fuxin

The local coal mine accidents have brought about not only the bad effects on local economy, but also the loss of people's security and possessions. This article combines cybernetics and management, applied to the management of coal mine security and establishing the management feedback control system model of coal mine. According to the analysis of the category, the time, the zone and the type of 50 local coal mine accidents in Fuxin from 2003 to 2012, this essay sets up coupled analysis of the accident rating and the accident type. It analyzes the time of the coal mine accidents in Fuxin by means of the time series analysis. Besides, it also analyzes the cases of the typical gas, the roof and the transport accidents through the fault tree analysis. Meanwhile, this essay sums up the problems and the reasons that exist in the safety production supervision in Fuxin local coal mine and puts forward the effective strategies to strengthen the safety production supervision of Fuxin local coal mine according to the reality of Fuxin.
