Safety production is the foundation of national security and social stability, is the basis of the productivity development and conditions, it is the people to live and work in peace and contentment, and basic guarantee to improve the quality of life. China is a major mining country,is also the frequent coal mine accidents and accident death toll more country. Security relationship social stability and social economic sustained development speed. Therefore, reduce the incidence of accidents in mines, reduce casualties and property losses, is the imperative task of the whole society.In this paper, the safety of mental model from the angle of psychology and behavior of miners, the main research of the relationship between miners psychological safety and security, through this article research, to further clarify the miners safe psychological level, starting from the miners themselves, supported by safety mental models, to raise awareness of the production safety of the miners, so as to improve the management level of mine safety. The main research content is as follows:(1) In this paper, through literature, critical incident interview, compiled the factors influencing the miners safety Shared mental models of the questionnaire.(2) In this paper, using the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP), through the research of five mines miners, supervisors, safety personnel, administrators and other related personnel, combed article 17 Shared mental models of the typical opinions about safety (or view).Through the judgment matrix and the relative importance evaluation, establishes the miners safety Shared mental models.At the same time puts forward how to shape the measures for the safety of Shared mental models.(3) In this paper, with reference to the miners safety Shared mental model, of Chile’s SAN JOSE copper mine to evaluate the safety of the miners to share in the mind, and a typical metal mines in our country the miners and some typical coal miners mental level evaluation, the final analysis the three typical mining miners’ mental quality, and put forward the countermeasures of improving miners’ safety Shared mental model.
