In coal-fired industrial boilers low-pressure boiler has a high proportion,which is about 90%.And more than 70 percent of the boilers is low-pressure small capacity boiler,which capacity is 4t/h. Coal-fired industrial boilers is not only keeping our economic upporting rapid developing, supplying enormous heat power, but also seriously polluting air environment and limiting the economic development of China.Because the SO2 from its flue gases is the most important pollution source. Industrial boiler is not basically installed flue gas desulfurization equipment in our country. Although the SO2 density of single biomass briquette boiler is not high, but a large number of biomass briquette boilers are extended,the SO2 concentration must exceed national standards in some local area. Because SO2 concentration of low-pressure boiler exhaust is comparatively low, according to the packing absorber absorbent choice requirements and industry commonly used absorbent, the design and study on absorption plant is carried out by retrieval, investigation ,reading the relevant articles, careful analysis and studying of dynamic development at home and abroad .The design and process of absorption plant is based on consulting a variety of design manual and related reference material and having more complex computation,.The study on absorption plant of SO2 is according to the national standard for coal boiler and biomass briquette boiler .Some conclusions are obtained.1)The SO2 concentration of Boiler smoke ,which is after packing absorption tower, is under national level 2 standard (SO2 concentration is less than 800 mg·m-3, the SO2 concentration of biomass briquette boiler is on the basis of national emission standard of gas fired-boiler),is in line with the state environmental protection requirement.2) the main factors that affect the desulfurized efficiency are income smoke temperatureinto , income gas flow, the SO2 concentration of income gas. The flue gas desulfurization efficiency is reduced with income smoke temperatureinto , income gas flow, the SO2 concentration of income gas rise. In certain circumstances of desulphurizing installations, there is a peak desulfurized efficiency.If the SO2 concentration is more than this value, the desulfurized efficiency have shrunk dramaticallyis with the increase of SO2 concentration.3)The manufacturing process of absorption plant of sulfur dioxide from flue gases is simple, its operation is convenient.The plant has significant effect on absorbing sulfur dioxide from flue gases of coal-burning boiler and biomass briquette boiler.It has good economy and certain market prospect.
