Research On The Key Control Technology Of CNC Leather Cutter

Leather-Cut is the the first procedure of leather manufacture, which directly determines the quality of subsequent manufacturing processing and efficiency. At present, the traditional leather processing enterprises need human or a few mechanical equipments to cut the leather into pieces. The traditional cutting method is not only in low efficiency, low accuracy, but also it requires a lot of skilled workers and labor costs are too high. Therefore, a kind of mechanical and electrical product named Leather Cutter machine which contains mechanical engineering .software engineering, digital technology and microelectronics technology cames into being. This paper mainly carries out on the research of control system, adopting the solutions of PC+ motion control card. This thesis includes the whole scheme design, control system design, system software, the key algorithm and specific implementations, system debugging and so on. Firstly,the paper analyse the usage of domestic and international Leather Cutter equipment and the development of numerical control technology in detail. Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional mechanical cutting and multi-axis cutting'methods , a design scheme of CNC multi-axis way with mechanical cut is concluded.Secondly,an overall design scheme of CNC Leather Cutter is given. This scheme puts emphasis on the description of key mechanical structure, particularly on the design of aerodynamic Leather-Cut head and drive mechanism . Meanwhile, a simple description to the selection of the host controller is given. Finally, the chapter provides the diagram of the overall design.According to the functional requirements of CNC Leather Cutter,it puts emphisis on the hardware design of CNC Leather cutter. Then, it introduces the principle of Advantech'PCI-1240 motion control card, MCX314 motion control chips, and the corresponding control module of the hardware circuit diagram, including the position control module, cut-lift control module, pneumatic control module.Finally, it provides the software design of the overall program. This program includes CAD interface module, graphic display module, the parameter setting module, processing module, back to the zero module, but also gives some of the key algorithms in processing module, such as the rotor angle algorithms. Through commissioning, this system in hardware and software'reliability and anti-interference ability can meet the desired functional requirements.Through the study of CNC Leather Cutter, some key kills in Leather-Cut control have been solved. Therefore, the CNC leather cutter that successfully completed not only has high efficiency, good accuracy, but also it will give references for the industry .
