The Research On Total Mass Control Of Water Pollutants

In the face of the new challenge coming from the new economy pattern,the management was changed from "concentration control" to "total mass control" combing with the "concentration control".The article made a comprehensive survey on the water environment of Beijing. The article had divided Beijing into 18 control areas.And then water quality had been analysed.The investigation indicated that every river in Beijing had been polluted badly except 5 control areas. This article study the mathodsof allocation in total mass control The pollution would be more and more heavily along with the development of Beijing economy.The research in the paper offers the strategy to control the total amount water environmental deteriorating water crisis of Beijing, and this paper is worthy of referring to studying strategy in control water pollution in the Northern China especially in the highly polluted areas.
