To satisfy the mining machinery in the development of dump cars and improve the efficiency of these cars in the mining transport, in this paper, advanced theories and methods are applied to study the whole system of the self discharging car from the standpoint of multi-rigid-body dynamics. Using virtual prototype technology, we greatly reduce the research costs and time.This dissertation introduces the development and the great importance of mining machinery in national produce; the important role of mine car and the prospect of its study in mine transportation; The vital role of Virtual Prototype Technology in the study of mine car is expounded, and the basic contents, the basic principle, the modeling method are listed; This work establishes the model of one-sided rotary-dump car and specifies the function of parts; On the basis of mathematical calculation of three unloading space curve, including cylinder parabola, cylinder cosine curve, space helix, angular velocity and angular acceleration curve are obtained; By contrast, optimal curve suited the mine car is found; In this thesis, the impulsive load is optimized before mine car is entering the unload stage; Meanwhile, the correction curve of transitional stage has been presented; Based on dynamics of machinery theory and actual transport situation, the thesis studies the whole mine car system, sets up the kinetic model of mine car which is theoretically demonstrated and calculated; The unloading process is divided into three stages:geometric deformation without unload, liquid flow, slide; Then, the theory of dynamic analysis software of mechanical system and the basic flow of multi-rigid-body dynamics simulation is recommend, at the same time, multi-rigid-body simulation model is found; Finally, the optimal design scheme is validated and the results are discussed.According to research, it shows that the important role of the virtual prototype technology in the system of the track is reflected; The curves of the angular velocity and angle acceleration formed by the optimal curve namely dimensional spiral curve is well fulfilled the practical project needs of the track uninstall in theory; The solving of dynamic equation further indicates that the track unloading, the dynamic model established and carried on the theoretical analysis well explains the dynamic problems and lays a foundation for simulation research in the process of the track unloading; The theoretical analysis and calculation for different stages of the track unloading reveals the stress state during the process of the track running on the curve; It verifies the correctness of the chosen curved rails curve to compare the dynamics analysis with the simulation results of the track system. So it well satisfied the needing of the track unloading to choose the space spiral curve.Utilizing virtual prototype technology, the kinetic study of the self clearing cars research has a broad application value, and provides new methods and experiences for the future research.
