Research On The Mechanism Of Polyester Silk-like Fabric Based On Differential Polyester Fiber

Silk-like Fabric is a kind of fabric that the hand and appearance are very similar with the silk fabric.This thesis weaves 15 silk and differential polyester interweave fabrics.Analysising the DPF,section and interlaced degree on the properties and hand of the fabrics by testing the KES,drape behavior,lustrousness,air permeability and crease recovery.Compared with the similar silk fabric,researching the mechanism of polyester silk-like fabric.Seeming from the properties of polyester silk-like fabric,the results indicated that the drape behavior can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.2467dtex of PET FDY and DPF≤0.4237dtex of PET DTY.The lustrousness can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.4784dtex of PET FDY and DPF≤1.3875dtex of PET DTY.The retarded crease recovery angle can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.4826dtex of PET FDY and DPF≤0.3447dtex of PET DTY.Seeming from the hand of polyester silk-like fabric,on the basis of Kawabata evaluation systems,the results indicated that the softness can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.3384dtex of PET FDY.The flatness can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.3000dtex of PET FDY.The drape-degree can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.3426dtex of PET FDY.The fullness can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.5337dtex of PET DTY.The smooth-degree can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.3964dtex of PET DTY.The smoothness can well-match with the silk fabric when DPF≤0.2102dtex of PET DTY.The drape behavior,lustrousness,air permeability,crease recovery,softness,flatness and drape-degree can well-match with the silk fabric when using the 16.7dtex/12f FDY+16.7dtex/18f POY composite filament.The lustrousness,fullness and smooth-degree can well-match with the silk fabric when using the trilobal polyester FDY that the DPF is 0.3854dtex.On the basis of the analyzing on the performance and hand of the fabric,8 polyester silk-like fabrics have been designed as criteria of softness,flatness and drape-degree.Experment results show that the stifness,flatness and drape-degree of polyester silk-like fabric attained the hand of the similar silk fabric.At the same time,the thesis researches the effects of weft density and weave structure on the properties and hand on the fabric.
