| Pure acetate fabric has the characteristics of smooth handle,excellent luster and good draping.With its unique fabric style,it is widely favored by consumers in the market.However,pure acetate fabric also has the disadvantages of low breaking strength,easy to pilling,and relatively high price,which greatly hindered its promotion in the market.In order to overcome these shortcomings and imitating the handle of pure acetate fabric,this project use polyester fabric?76/24 acetate/polyester blended fabric and 50/50 acetate/polyester blended fabric to study the way of acetate imitation.The pretreatment technology of they and dyeing properties of 76/24 acetate/polyester blended fabric and the post-treatment technology of pure polyester fabric and 76/24 acetate/polyester blended fabric were mainly studied.Pure polyester fabric production technology is mature,so the price is low.If the pure polyester fabric can reach the style of pure acetate fabric,the cost can be greatly reduced.In the second chapter,pure polyester fabric is used to imitate acetate.The effect of alkali concentration on pretreatment and the effect of softener concentration,baking temperature and baking time on finishing were studied.The results showed that the alkali concentration was 16g/L in the pretreatment.In the post-treatment,softener concentration was 30g/L,baked at 180?for 50s.The style of finished fabric was tested by Phabr Ometer,and compared with pure acetate fabric.It was found that there was still a gap of style between them.Therefore,I research on acetate/polyester blended fabric imitation acetate.In the third chapter,the optimal pretreatment process of 76/24 acetate/polyester blended fabric and 50/50 acetate/polyester blended fabric,and the dyeing properties and finishing process of 76/24acetate/polyester blended fabric are studied.The whiteness,weight loss,stiffness and breaking strength of the fabric were tested to evaluate the pretreatment effect.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum pretreatment conditions of 76/24 acetate polyester blended fabric were determined as follows:Na OH 2g/L,H2O2 5g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer PSH 0.3g/L,pretreatment temperature 85?,30min,liquor ratio 1:20.The results show that the optimum pretreatment conditions of 50/50 acetate polyester blended fabric are Na OH 3g/L,H2O2 25g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer PSH 0.7g/L,pretreatment temperature 95?,30min,liquor ratio 1:20.The style of pretreated 76/24 acetate/polyester blended fabric and 50/50 acetate/polyester blended fabric were tested by Phabr Ometer,and compared with acetate fabric.The test results show that 76/24acetate/polyester blended fabric is more suitable for imitating acetate fabric.After pretreatment,the warp breaking strength is 379.00N,weft breaking strength is 781.50N,air permeability is145.94mm/s,Resilience is 95.62,Softness is 85.51,Smoothness is 86.11 and Drape is 4.03.After that,the fabrics were dyed with Serisol red ECF,Serisol blue ECF and Serisol yellow ECF.The dyeing results show that the series of Serisol dyes have a good enhancing property on 76/24acetate/polyester blended fabric,and the dyeing rate curve is similar.It is suitable for color matching dyeing.After dyeing,the levelness is less than or equal to 0.4,the soaping fastness is greater than or equal to grade 4,the staining fastness is greater than or equal to grade 3,the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 4,and the dry rubbing fastness reach grade 4-5.After finishing,its Resilience is 95.45,Softness is 85.71,Smoothness is 87.58 and Drape is 3.78.In general,the fabric style of 76/24acetate/polyester blended fabric is very close to pure acetate fabric. |
