At present, coal industry is used for personnel safety monitoring is strengthened increasingly, the ensuing products such as:personnel positioning system, personnel attendance system underground mine personnel position monitoring system, etc. These systems have different focus, in the actual use of the process are not well done much consideration. Also, these systems are mostly based on wireless communication technology, the wireless communication distance, power consumption, anti-interference ability have their disadvantages, and similar products on the market basically is an independent system, unable to access the existing switch system.In view of the above situation, this paper investigate an independently also can access the existing switch wired intercom system in coal mine underground cable radio station hardware platform design. This paper first introduces the underground cable radio station's research background and the necessity of research topic, then introduced the functional requirements and general design, Expounds the present situation of domestic and foreign monitoring system, the coal mine safe monitoring system development trend and the key of this paper study. Then the analysis of mine wired intercom system, in which the coal mine cable radio station design ideas are discussed, focusing on the underground cable radio station hardware design, expounds the underground cable radio station key technology and working principle. Finally through the test of the parameters and main function, are in line with relevant design requirements, to prove that the product has good stability and maintenance, has a strong practical value.
