The development of antistatic polyester fabric was particularly important in order to solve the problem of generating static electricity easily because of the poor polyester fabric moisture absorption. PANI/PET composite fabric was the one of antistatic polyester fabric. This fabric should possess anti-static function, besides, It still need to have rich color. Therefore, Studying on preparation of PANI/PET composite fabric and the technology of dyeing had the widespread application value.In this paper, PANI/PET composite fabric was synthesized at the surface of polyester fabric by in-situ polymerization method .The optimum preparation process was determined by univariate analyses and orthogonal experiments and the performance of PANI/PET composite conductive fabric was characterized by water resistance and breaking strength . The results showed that the optimum technological of PANI/PET composite conductive fabric were as follows: the PANI monomer concentration was 0.1mol/L, n[(NH4)2S2O8]:n(An)was 1:1, the HCl concentration was 0.5mol/L, the reaction time was 2h and the reaction temperature was 20℃. Under this condition, the half-life of the PANI/PET composite fabric was 0.21s, Antistatic performance and water resistance were excellent. At the same time, compared to polyester fabric, the breaking tenacity of PANI/PET composite fabric was better than polyester fabric.The morphological structure and thermal properties of PANI/PET composite fabric were studied by SEM, FT-IR, TG and DSC. The results showed that there were continuous particles on the surface of polyester fabric after the deposition of polyaniline in situ polymerization. The chemical structure of those particles was polyaniline particles. The Polyaniline particles touched each other and achieved the aim of antistatic by forming static access. The addition of polyaniline slowed down the thermal degradation of PET fabric and improved the thermal stability of PET fabric a little.The optimum dyeing process was determined by single factor analysis and orthogonal was that the pH value was 4.5, the dyeing temperature was 110℃, the dyeing time was 20min and the bath ratio was 1:50. In the condition of the optimum dyeing process, the half-life was about 1s, the dyeing percentage was above 90%,△E was about 0.5, wash fastness was above 4th class, dry rubbing fastness was above 4th level, wet rubbing fastness was above 3th level and the resistance of light fastness was 5-6th level.The PANI/PET composite fabric with disperse dye in high-temperature and high-pressure was researched to study the dyeing of kinetics and thermodynamics of polyester fabrics. The results indicated that compared with the dyeing of the conventional polyester fabric, the dyeing of PANI / PET composite fabric with disperse dye possessed some features, such as reducing the dyeing rate constant, increasing the half-dying time and decreasing the diffusion coefficient; The distribution coefficient of disperse dye increased in PANI/PET composite fabric and dyed bath, the affinity and the heat of dyeing were declined and the dyeing entropy was increased. At the low concentration condition , the adsorption isotherm type of disperse dye in the PANI / PET composite fabric met the Nernst model basically.
