Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Baowu Group Wusteel HR Information System Project

Project progress management is one of the nine core knowledge areas of project management,which is important for the smooth implementation of the project,especially the time management and duration control.Through the research on project process management,it could help the project to control the planned construction period within the pre-determined construction period.Once the deviation occurs,the reasons for the problems are analyzed in time and the corrective measures plan is started to keep the progress of the project under control.Besides,taking into account the cost,safety,quality control objectives as well as striving to shorten the construction period.Based on the development of Wusteel HR information system project of Baowu Group and the research on advanced project schedule management theories and methods at home and abroad,this paper used key chain theory to firstly analyzes the Background,organization and characteristics of Wusteel HR information system development project of Baowu Groupand put forward the requirements of progress management of Wusteel HR information system development project of Baowu Group.Then,through the WBS work breakdown structure and estimation of operation time as well as the determinationof logical relationship to use network planning technology and key line method to realize the network planning and its optimization.Taking the actual situation of Wusteel HR information system development projectinto account to set up the process plan,and based on the development of making process plan,according to the basic principles and procedure to establish project control plan.And,to put forward the the protection measures on team building,risk prevention and project change management during the process of project control.Finally reached the conclusion of this paper about the process plan of Wusteel HR Information System Development Project and implementation of the optimization and control measures.The research carried out in this paper is an exploration of the combination of theory and practice for the progress management and control of information technology development projects,which can be used as a reference for the progress management in the future development of human resources informatization projects.At the same time,it has certain references for similar projects of enterprises.
