Shift gears and structural adjustment of China's economy, exposed the energy industry overcapacity, the coal enterprises in the fierce market competition facing serious challenges, but also brings a rare opportunity, to eliminate backward production capacity, the battle to stand out in the round, to obtain the survival and development space, must strengthen the internal strength uniting the enterprise itself, not only to improve product quality, reduce cost, and to shorten the cycle of the production process, ensure the project schedule. The coal mine production is a dynamic process, each process to succeed in the working face is a comprehensive large engineering projects, and relative to other industry in management of coal mining enterprises always seem to be extensive, combined with the complicated downhole conditions, often appear due to the influence of some work or environmental production, seriously affect the normal production order and business development of the mine. The author's LSD coal mine often appear the project schedule delay phenomenon, seriously affecting the healthy development of the company. Analysis of these reasons, in addition to the LSD coal mining working face, complicated geological conditions, human resources more nervous, more money does not reach the designated position impact the project schedule, the main reason is improper LSD coal mine project schedule management methods. Analysis of these reasons, in addition to LSD coal mine in complicated geological conditions, human resources, money does not reach the designated position affect the project schedule, the main reason is that LSD coal mine project schedule management method is not appropriate. In order to solve this problem, this paper USES the network technology, gant chart, fishbone diagram, critical chain project management method to the project schedule management has launched a study.LSD coal mine ventilation system renovation project, for example, specific studies how to develop the project progress and implementation of the scientific and reasonable project schedule control. In the process of project schedule, first of all project related information collection, project WBS decomposition and activity definition decomposition. Then determine the logical relationship among activities, and draw the network diagram, to the time and resource assessment project activities, has made the preliminary plan on the basis of comprehensive analysis, the analysis of the influence of the progress in the method of 5 M factors and propose solutions, through the use of critical path analysis, optimization program, the final preparation of project network diagram and gant chart. When making the project schedule control, adopt and compiled the professional progress control scheme, implementation process of dynamic monitoring and analysis, real-time adjustment of the project schedule according to the results of the analysis. The research results show that the system management method can shorten the project cycle, reduce the influence of uncertain factors on the project, and ensure timely completion of this project. Discusses the coal mining enterprises, and promote the project progress management requires the support of the enterprise environment and enterprise environment construction of the main measures are put forward, and other management personnel to provide the reference for the coal industry.
