The author's LSD coal mine often appear the project schedule delay phenomenon, seriously affecting the healthy development of the company. Analysis of these reasons, in addition to the LSD coal mining working face, complicated geological conditions, human resources more nervous, more money does not reach the designated position impact the project schedule, the main reason is improper LSD coal mine project schedule management methods. In order to solve this problem, this paper USES the network technology, gant chart, fishbone diagram, critical chain project management method to the project schedule management has launched a study.LSD coal mine ventilation system renovation project, for example, specific studies how to develop the project progress and implementation of the scientific and reasonable project schedule control. In the process of project schedule, first of all project related information collection, project WBS decomposition and activity definition decomposition. Then determine the logical relationship among activities, and draw the network diagram, to the time and resource assessment project activities, has made the preliminary plan on the basis of comprehensive analysis, the analysis of the influence of the progress in the method of 5 M factors and propose solutions, through the use of critical path analysis, optimization program, the final preparation of project network diagram and gant chart. When making the project schedule control, adopt and compiled the professional progress control scheme, implementation process of dynamic monitoring and analysis, real-time adjustment of the project schedule according to the results of the analysis. The research results show that the system management method can shorten the project cycle, reduce the influence of uncertain factors on the project, and ensure timely completion of this project.
