Development And Application On Municipal Production Safety Emergency Platform

During the period of social transformation in our country, unexpected events occur frequently throughout the country, which not only caused great losses for the public but also related to the national economic and social development. The task of top priority is to inspect the problems in production safety emergency platform of local government and to advance energetically the innovation in order to improve the government emergency managerial capacity.The construction of production safety emergency platform could efficiently integrate the emergency resources and strengthen the emergency management of forecasting and early warning, information reporting, auxiliary decision, dispatching commanding, summative evaluation. It achieves information sharing and builds up the emergency response mechanism of unity of command, complete function, sensitive reaction and efficient operation. In order to improve the capacities of emergency rescue and emergency management and to minimize casualties and property loss, the production safety emergency platform is the important guarantee for production safety emergency management.Starting from the importance of the emergency management, this paper summarized the experiences of emergency platform construction at home and abroad, and then researched on the municipal production safety emergency platform. At the end, this research concluded the construction conditions, application, and improvement suggestion of the platform based on the Foshan production safety emergency platform.
