The contents of the proposed work include:Reporting the research situation of Caprifoliaceae plant's chemical composition in recent years, the research of the chemical composition of the Caprifoliaceae plant, Triosteum pinnatifidum, and the process of sodium copper chlorophyllin preparation. The general research profile of the chemical composition of Caprifoliaceae plants in recent years were reviewed in chapter I.The chemical constitutes of the the aerial part of Triosteum pinnatifidum were described in chapter II. Triosteum pinnatifidum is a species of Triosteum Linn attached to the Caprifoliaceae, with the effect of treating rheumatism, promoting breathing and blood circulation, having benefit to spleen and stomach, eliminating the swelling and pain. In this paper, twelve compounds were identified by the means of dextran gel (ephadex LH-200), column chromatography on silica gel column chromatography (CC), preparative thin layer chromatography (PTLC) and other methods, along with spectroscopic methods (1D,2D NMR, MS), including two oleanane triterpenes (1) and (2); two ursane type triterpenes (3) and (4); a Helianthemum diterpene (5); a eucalyptus alkyl type sesquiterpene Isoalantolactone (6); two lignans (7)and (8); two epoxy ergosterols (9) and (10); a beta-Valley sterol (11); a aromatic compound p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (12). Provide a th-eoretical basis for the development and use of medicinal plants.Chapter III studied the process of the preparation of copper chlorophyllin sodium salt by using of ginkgo biloba waste. Many manufacturers will discard the scraps left after the ginkgo biloba extracted as waste. The ginkgo biloba waste contains large amounts of chlorophyll, and it is too wasteful when thrown away directly as the waste. Ginkgo biloba waste was paste, insoluble in water, and it is too much trouble to deal with them. Sodium copper chlorophyllin has stable performance, beautiful color, strong coloring and light and on the light and heat stability is a bit poor, but in solid food stability is good. Precipitate will generate in the solution of the PH<6, and it is suitable for neutral alkaline foods and soluble in water, so it is easier to use. Therefore, Sodium copper chlorophyll is more desirable than chlorophyll as a food colorant, and have been widely used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. This paper investigated systematically the total copper and free copper content of sodium copper chlorophyllin when prepared in the different conditions of saponification, purification and copper's replacement, studied the process of the preparation of copper chlorophyllin sodium salt. Ultimately more effective methods to remove impurities than previous literature reported and best process route were obtained.
