The diamond grinding wheel has outstanding rubs truncates the performance, widely applies to the hard crisp material is precise and ultra precisely rubs truncates the processing, its promoted application has become the industry developed country technology advancement the important symbol. But because the diamond grinding wheel has the extremely high degree of hardness, repairs and maintains is difficult, has limited the diamond grinding wheel application, therefore develops one kind of new grinding wheel to repair and maintain the installment to have the extremely important practical significance and the necessity.Rubbed in view of the Liming company truncates the bowl diamond grinding wheel which the leaf blade used, with the comprehensive analysis and research, this article developed one kind of new diamond grinding wheel on-line repaired device. And the device is made up of dressing tool, jiggle mechanical framework and controlling system.To solve the problem of difficult dressing of the high rigidity millstone, the dressing tool introduced the same dressing wheel material, improved its relative rigidity through its variable high speed movement, and finally the dressing ability is enhanced.Two directional inputting are needed by diamond wheel dressing tool, which can carry out all the dressing task. Tangential motion along grinding wheel face is achieved by the length feed of the lathe working table, and normal motion jiggle inputting along grinding wheel face is achieved by the minute displacement mechanism of the dressing tool. Above-mentioned motions are controlled by PLC which dominate frequency control mini-high-speed motor, stepping motor and normal alternating-current dynamo. It is thus clear that the device is a high technical electromechanical system. In ordor to study this system, the article mainly do the following work:(1) By means of probing into the principle and the characteristic of several minute feed mechanism, the elastic hinge was adopted as the form of dressing tool, and also designed stepping motor drive through the trsnsmission of gear and lead screw which made use of elasticity to generate minute displacement mechanism.Elastic body is the central parts, the scope of feed is directly affected by the size of displacement, and under great feed range, the elastic body can't be destroyed or take place plastic deformation. Therefore through the analysis of the design value and elasticity influence by finite element software, the main design values are decided.(3) According to the request to control motion, Siemens S7-200 programmable controller (PLC) was accepted as the central control parts, and also designed some dressing tool control circuits including stepping motor interfere circuit, high-speed motor frequency control interfere circuit and the dressing wheel contact state examining, and MD204L is adopted as man-machine interaction plane.(4) Control programs were written to carry out the operation of diamond wheel dressing tool operation mode, parameter settlement and state show.(5) With the preliminary dressing experiment, it indicates that the dressing tool can meet the request.The development of this dressing tool, made the on-line repaired of the diamond wheel to be true, and filled up the blank at home.
