The duty of sintering machine in the production line of steel mill is to provide end product of firing mine, which is used for steel making of Blast furnaces. Distributing material of the furnace door is the most important technology link. Uniformity and firing area directly affect the quality and quantity of the firing mine. Traditional governor motion of the Distributing furnace door is achieved by stepping motor, the shaft of which often breaks, so the working life of it is short.On account of the stuck furnace door,there are a lot of accidents, which have a big impact on the production,besides, reliable auto control is difficult to be achieved. In accordance with the motion requirement of the furnace door, this article developed a new synchronization control hydraulic proportioning system to replace the stepping motor,so that the detection and the control of open degree of the furnace door is achieved. The main research contents of this paper are as follows.The principle of Valve controlling cylinder of open degree control system of distributing furnace door is introduced. Mathematical model of Symmetric valve control and dissymmetrical cylinder system of the open degree control system of distributing furnace door is deduced in accordance with the flow equation of valve, equation of continuity of fluid and equilibrium equation of hydraulic cylinder, on the basis of which the stability of open degree control system in the direction of stretch and retraction of piston rod is discussed respectively,in accordance with the speciality of equation of continuity of fluid and equilibrium equation of hydraulic cylinder in the direction of stretch and retraction of piston rod. The result suggests that the designed open degree control system of furnace door accords with Nyquist stability criterion, which has enough stationary allowance.The control principle of PID is introduced, the formation of PID is given, and the anti-saturation integral control of position type PID is discussed. Besides, the settings of control parameter of PID is discussed. The simulation model of the open degree control system is established on the basis above. The simulation analysis of step response and synchronization control is also done. The results indicate that before perturbation subjects to it, PID control can gain ideal control result; after perturbation subjects to it, the synchronization error of piston rod in the direction of stretch and retraction amplifies obviously.The principle of Fuzzy self-tuning PID control is Stated, the parameter setting of Fuzzy PID control is discussed,the model of the open degree control system of sintering machine, On the basis of which the simulation of distributing furnace door's synchronization control is analysed. The results indicate that different requirement of controller's parameter in the case of different e and ec is satisfied achieving better control effect than ordinary PID due to the establishment of the self setting function of Kp, K1, KD and error e, variation of meter error ec.Judging from the application of equipment, this system achieves the expected effect, which solves the problem of the distributing material of sintering machine. The conclusion of this article can provide scientific technology guide and feasibility basis to related corporations.
