Sintering production includes materials,mixing,sintering,product delivery,and other processes,the sintering process is one of the most important link,the sintering ignition is particularly important.After by spreading to sintering pallet,the mixed materials should be ignited by the igniter.According to the history experiences of ignition,the ignition temperature should be controlled at about 1050 ?.Otherwise,if the temperature is too high,the surface of mixed material shoud be melting,and sintering material layer permeability should be deteriorating;if the temperature is too low,the effect of ignition on the surface should be bad,the sintering quality should be influenced.All of the above two situations will make result in a decrease of the sintering output and quality.Visibly,the optimization of the ignition temperature's controling is a great significance to make the sintering production process stablly.Therefore,in order to ensure mixed materials combusting fully,ignition temperature must be controlled in the best temperature zone.At the same time,air-fuel ratio should be matched reasonably.In this thesis,the reform of Shougang Qianan 360m2 sintering ignition(coke oven gas replacing blast furnace gas)is summarized by the numbers,which lead to a good result that had improved the sintering ignition strength and the quality of mineralization,and made the sinter size increasing.But the controlling algorithm is not perfect,and result in the ignition operation still dependencing on post personnel manual control,all the control of ignition strength and air-fuel ratio are not timely and accurate,causeing the quality fluctuation of the sinter,make working be heavy,and many other bad effects.Therefore,through of the analysis which includes ignition temperature,strength,air-fuel ratio,considering the accumulation of operating experience,put forward subjects that researching on the control of the optimizeing sintering ignition.This paper analyzed mainly on the applicability of the fuzzy control theory which is used for sintering ignition process,and complete designing includes the ignition fuzzy control of temperature and the self-optimization of air-fuel ratio,and fuzzy controller are simulated with MATLAB software.Through of a little modification on the hardware existing of PLC control system,finally completing the self-optimization of air-fuel ratio and temperature by PLC software programming.And the goal that optimaling control of sintering ignition had be achieved,which had be proved by practical validation and data comparison.
