Game playing is instincts of child's, and is also the important work for them. Childrer understand the world and gain plenty of experience from the game. Toy is the tools, compare with the other kinds of toys, educational toys arouse more people's attention for the function of developing physical, improving ability and increasing child's intelligence. In recently, many countries strengthen the research and development of educational toys. How to design the toys use the latest technology and design ideas is the hottest topic for child, their parents and the whole society.With the experience economy arriving, people focus on the interactive between user and products, the interactive design was originally used in the computer field, and is grown very mature now. In this paper, the author combines the concept of interactive design with design of educational toys. Summarized the new design method, analysis the elements of the CACT-ET system. Then summarized three forms of interaction, include the child with the toys, child with other persons through the toys and child with environment through the toys. The interactive behavior need meet three levels of demands, include action level, sensory level and emotional level. The new toy's design method based on interaction will provide a richer and more personalized experience for child, and it will bring child much more emotional care.Based on previous research and analysis, the author design a new education toy and then evaluate the color through the practice. The new educational toy's design method will provide a new idea and methods for children in the future.
