In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, electronic products produced by the working of the electromagnetic radiation is invisible threat to people's health. With the growing attention to the various effects of radiation on health effects, to prevent the electromagnetic radiation has become a growing concern, the development of design and production of various kinds of radiation protection clothing becomes more and more important. However the stainless steel fiber and its performance is better than other metal fiber, but also solve the washable problem, at the same time radiation performance is also very good, from the comprehensive benefits to consider, for the ideal material.Stainless steel fabric does not contain any harmful chemical additives and harmful heavy metal material, for the protection of persons are more thoughtful, more environmentally friendly; with cotton, wool, silk, hemp and other natural fibres, also can be all kinds of chemical fiber blended, woven fabrics can be thin to thick, and the resolution of other species in the air permeability, color brightness, prickle, can not be washed and other defects, wearing more comfortable; and finishing method, its effect is permanent, washable; stainless steel chemical properties is very stable, and the filament has no dust can be used for high cleanness or conditions more harsh environment, use more widely.This paper studies the stainless steel fiber and filament properties include the friction property, conductivity, permeability. Based on the stainless steel fiber and filament performance analysis, design and manufacture of spinning and different content of blended yarn and core-spun yarn, Cerro Phil yarn, at the same time weaving different weave fabric, as well as the different weft density fabric, and the properties of the yarn were tested, and the simulation fabric shielding effectiveness, so as to find out the different content of yarn shielding effectiveness, used to guide the design of fabric and weaving.Through the test research shows that the stainless steel fiber fabric for shielding performance of junction points have effect, and when the stainless steel content of more than 35%, spinning is more difficult, with the weft density changes, when it reaches a certain level, shielding effectiveness and tend to be stable, so that, in a certain frequency range can choose the best content. Different fabric structure effect on shielding effectiveness is, in other conditions are the same, only changing the organization, twill best, followed by the satin, finally is plain.
