Gas purification plant with Puguang gas field has huge amount of processing,at the same time,it's accompanied by a huge energy consumption problem.This paper mainly analyzes the energy consumption of the purification device,the utilities system and the storage and transportation system under the low load operation condition of the purification plant,to form the energy consumption control technology of the low-load operation of the purification device,the low-load operation energy consumption control of the utilities and storage and transportation system technology and the optimized energy-saving control technology of the whole plant under low load conditions,to to save the whole plant energy consumption as the goal of optimizing the production under low load conditions for the gas field at this stage,and it's future production to provide energy-saving guidance basis.The main results of this paper are listed as follows:1.Analysis and comparison the purification field of the unit energy consumption,to find the corresponding law.The effects of the main process parameters on the purification performance of high sulfur natural gas were studied.The dynamic characteristics and anti-interference performance of the desulfurization unit were studied for the first time.The content of C02 was reduced in the Sulfur recovery unit and the process gas,also,the Fuel gas consumption was reduced in the Hydrogenation reactor and the tail gas incinerator,as a result,the fuel gas consumption can be saved to 2.2million cubic meters per year,all the issuescan provide a guarantee for the gas purification plant with Puguang gas field to maintain it's smooth operation.2.The optimization and utilization of Steam system,Nitrogen oxide emission reduction of Nitrogen oxide and Efficient operation of economy were researched in the utility system.The frequency conversion of boiler drum fan converter power saving scheme was founded at the first time,then,the dynamic characteristics of desulfurization unit and its anti-interference performance were studied.All of the researched items were conducted in the sence and the feasibility analysis were unfolded,as a result,the plant can reduce the cost about 4.1 million yuan per year,also the research can supply some referential value for the similar domestic enterprises.3.The comprehensive reduction technology of low-load operating condition of whole plant were studied,the idea were started from the optimization control principle of steam pipe network in the whole plant,the methods of reducing the amount of low-pressure steam.According to the law of the production of self-use gas and electricity consumption with load Reasonable deployment of the whole plant air drive device operation mode to achieve the purpose of energy saving,the actual application of the scene and the economic evaluation of the field application of energy-saving evaluation criteria,and The actual efficiency of the on-site application can be achieved by reducing the total energy consumption of the unit by 3%?8%...
