The Evaluation System On The Development Of The Low-carbon Ecological Tourism In Changsha

Low carbon ecological tourism is a low carbon economy development background from a new way to travel in the world. Changsha's tourism is "landscape continent city" as the landscape pattern of urban tourism. As "two type society" construction deeply development, It is launched a low carbon economy demonstrative city construction in Changsha city since2011. And in the He'xi area is the first lead pilot. Changsha city is been listed in Hunan tourism sector as the first low carbon tourism demonstration area. Provincial tourism bureau is planning to take traveling special reform within demonstration plot to explore the tourism resources integration management mode. It is very important significance to establish the system of low carbon ecological tourism development evaluation, to promote the sustainable use of Changsha city tourism resources and guide low carbon ecological tourism.This paper proposes the construction principles of the low carbon ecological tourism development evaluation on the basis of clarified low carbon ecological tourism conception and meaning. To make reference ecology DSR model and use analytic hierarchy process to construct low carbon ecological tourism development evaluation system. The index system includes four levels with total of26indicators. Then I take empirical analysis Changsha city of low carbon ecological tourism development situation by using the index system. And the result is low carbon ecological tourism development integrated assessment index is0.5280in Changsha city. It is high carbon phase. Low carbon ecological tourism level is low, it need to increase development efforts.The empirical analysis in part, this paper studies the current situation of the development of tourism in Changsha city and analyzes the Changsha city tourism resources and the current situation and problems of the development of tourism industry. This paper also uses tourism ecological footprint method to quantitative analysis of the present situation of the development of ecological tourism in Changsha city. It is concluded that in2010per capita in Changsha city tourism ecological footprint is126.247hm2.This article discusses the low carbon ecotourism development mode framework. And it puts forward concrete measures to develop Changsha city low carbon tourist within four aspects. They are the government leading, tourist enterprise operation mode and technical innovation, building low carbon ecological tourism scenic spots, tourists'eco-tourism demonstration practice. Hopes it can service for Changsha low carbon ecological tourism development.
