There are two ways to exploitate the oil:The first is the new development and large reserves of some oil fields, they use the energy of their own to exploitate the crude oil, called the flowing oil law. The second is in the late development oil field, which is not enough to use theirselves energy to exploitate the crude oil and need to use the mechanical equipment to exploitate the crude oil, socalled mechanical oil recovery method. From development to the present conventional beam pumping unit through a variety of geographic conditions and field tests, it is more suitable for applications in the field conditions, and its high reliability, simple structure, so is easy to manufacture, and can be prolonged use of equipment in the oil which occupies a very important position. However, due to its structural characteristics, not only the balance of effects to make it worse, the crank torque ripple the net, there are still negative torque, low efficiency, energy consumption and other shortcomings.Linear motor is a new energy-efficient pumping unit, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the original developed based on pumping out. It has a linear motor drive, omitted the middle of the transmission link directly to electrical energy transformed into linear motion, reducing the transmission links between the energy loss, and enhanced with a balance of equilibrium in the balance of pumping.This paper analyzes the linear motor, linear motor pumping unit development status, trends and its applications, on the basis of linear induction motor to determine the linear motor pumping to achieve the speed and stability of the program.Pumping through the basic operation of linear induction motor parameters are analyzed to determine its adaptive fuzzy control algorithm to optimize the basic operating parameters, the suspension point, the maximum load and maximum load and minimum load for the difference decreases, so that a more linear motor stable.The paper chosed the Ti's TMS320LF2407 for the control core, and completed a DSP chip peripheral hardware circuit design and software design the appropriate System hardware design, including the control circuit, the data collection, linear motor and its drive circuit, keyboard and LCD display circuit of four parts. In this thesis, the four were part of the above are discussed hardware and research, but also gives some software design flow.The simulation results show:The proposed system based on ideas of linear motor, control method, the hardware design and software design is practicable. System has a simple structure, smooth operation, high control precision, and strong anti-jamming features.
