Eucommia seed has the effectiveness of antihypertensive, antioxidant, anti-agingand strengthening the immune system. And the main functional component isEucommia seed oil. Therefore, the Eucommia seed oil has a high development value.The experiments show that the content of Eucommia seed is about28.5%. The studythrough a series of experiments to determine the extraction of Eucommia seed oil withaqueous enzymatic. And then, deal with the Eucommia seed oil withmicroencapsulation technology. Thus opened up a new path for the development andutilization of Eucommia seed oil.The study put forward the Eucommia seed oil with aqueous enzymatic. First theEucommia seed through the drying temperature of65~70℃, made the moisturecontent of material under5%, and then to smash the material. After the smash, thematerial through40mesh sieve. Then soak the material with anhydrous ethanol, the ratiois1:3(m(Eucommia seed):V(anhydrous ethanol)],so we can get the chlorogenic acidand aucubin. Then extract the oil with enzyme.It used the yield rate and quality ofEucommia seed oil as an index.Analyzed the influence of the ratio of solid to liquid,the type of enzyme, the amount of enzyme, the pH,the temperature. The timesSingle-factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted to established the optimalconditions for the extraction of Eucommia seed oil. The results show that: The optimumextraction conditions have been obtained, which included using alkaline protease, theratio of solid to liquid is1:10(m(Eucommia seed):V(water)],the amount of enzymeis1%, zymolytic temperature is55℃,the pH is8.5and the time of enzymatic is90minutes. Extracted one time on these conditions, the yield rate of Eucommia seed oil isabout81%, the obtained oil is light yellow, clear, transparent and has the naturalfragrance of Eucommia. The peroxide value is about2.9mmol/ml, the acid value isabout0.60mgKOH/g, and the moisture content is about0.16%.The obtained oil is lightyellow, clear, transparent and has the natural fragrance of Eucommia.This research intends to deal with the Eucommia seed oil by microencapsulationtechnology, in order to extend its shelf life and preserve its efficacy and flavor.It used the efficiency of microencapsulation and quality of microcapsules of Eucommia seedoil as an index. Analyzed the influence of wall material, the ratio of core material towall material, the solids content of the emulsion, the homogenization pressure, the inletair temperature, the outlet air temperature.Single-factor experiment and orthogonalexperiment are adopted to establish the optimal conditions for the microencapsulation ofEucommia seed oil. The optimum conditions of spray drying microencapsulation ofEucommia seed oil have been obtained, which included using malt dextrin andIsolatedsoy protein as wall material (the ratio is2:3),the ratio of core material to wall materialis1:1,the solids content of the emulsion is20%, the homogenization pressure is0T0T0T0T35MPa, the inlet air temperature is180℃, the outlet air temperature is80℃. Onthese conditions, the efficiency of microencapsulation can achieve85.7%, the peroxide value is about5.0mmol/ml. The obtained microcapsules is white, delicate andshowing spherical. And the wall of microcapsules is smooth and dry, the acid value isabout0.7mgKOH/g, and the moisture content is about1.8%.
