Rotary kiln is a kind of large key mechanical equipment of building materials, metallurgy industries etc, and is often called the "heart" of the cement production process or other material production. The working characteristics of rotary kiln is long time continuous operation in more than one strong point, the ideal state of rotary kiln is the axis is a straight line in the process of operation, and keeping those points strength evenly. The working conditions of the roller to a great extent determine that kiln running state is normal or not. Once a roller position deviation or the base sink, or support the kiln axis in bend, these are both can lead to force change all round, and will appear different degree of vibration, long-term will make roller wear differentials, could lead to severe round face appear" pitting ","hood","even the phenomenon such as fracture roller shaft, which will greatly reduce the roller's life, and great economic losses caused to the enterprise. Therefore, rotary kiln occupies an important position in the cement production industries, research about the working conditions of the roller is very significant. In order to fully understand the roller's operation state, this paper chose the roller's shaft deflection as the main research object.This paper expounds the research significance of roller's shaft deflection measurement for diagnosis and adjustment, and confirmed the research target, contents and key to solve the problem, at the same time, deeply analysing the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant foreign roller' shaft deflection measuremnt method and principle, combined with their experience, put forward a new measurement method and scheme base on the double the eddy current range-finding sensors, hall to signal synchronization and Labview platform. And finally designed a set of complete roller's shaft deflection measurement system including hardware and software, this system has been good application.Paper respectively makes a detailed introduction from the hardware design, software design and data analysis based on the development of the measurement system. The hardware design part main completed the sensor type selection, data acquisition card choice and channel design, circuit design and mechanical parts of the design work. The software design part first introduced virtual instrument and Labview platform resources, and then complete the software system framework design, then using modular thought, the software into the real-time data acquisition, data acquisition, data access hall signal and the data processing and preservation module, and to design. The data processing and analysis is mainly for a cement plant of Liaoning province, round data in the depth of the deflection processing and analysis, and combining with the actual working condition, in the end, got the useful information,including all round the surface status, vibration condition and actual deflection change rule and orientation and so on.The results of the application of the measurement system show that the set of system can provide the scientific basis for the fault diagnosis and adjustment of rotary kiln.
