With the increased difficulty of oil exploration, the system energy loss of the machineproduction wells worsening, the efficiency of the system are generally lower, but the mainreason for this phenomenon is caused by the electrical equipment of the machine productionwells. Apheresis well optimized combination is to reduce energy loss and improve theefficiency of the system to solve the main problem.Departure from an overall perspective of machine production wells in Daqing oilfieldelectrical equipment, energy-saving equipment to optimize the matching method. Structuralfeatures and electrical characteristics of machine production wells electrical equipment inaccordance with the principle of independent energy-saving or energy-saving measures, therecovery well system of the whole machine is divided into four parts of the pumping unit,motor, electric control box and transformer. And the abovetheoretical simulation and field test of some of the features to ensure that change thesystem's utility and accuracy. This article studies optimal operation of the oilfield systemshave important theoretical significance and application value, and provide technical supportfor oilfield equipment applications selection.
