The leakage well is one of the most common problems in the drilling process. Becausethe leakage well can not lead drilling work to be smooth, people have been focusing onleakage well problem. Polymer super absorbent resins are a kind of newer Polymer superplugging materials that developed in recent years. After absorbing water it expands to becomea sort of gel which has certain viscoelastic and strength and there is a strong waterperformance salt resistance sex and stability and so on. Material of Polymer super absorbentresins which used for the plugging drilling is the key of controlling Absorption rate, But thegeneral Polymer super absorbent resins of bibulous the speed are very fast and the waterabsorption rate is difficult to control. In this paper aimed at the characteristic which thebibulous rate is hard to control, the synthesis of a Polymer super absorbent resin. And the useof microcapsule techniques for Polymer super absorbent resin coated, restrained absorbentresin absorption ability, control the water absorption rate. The plugging agent has betterstability, which can be used for plugging operation in the drilling process.The original studies the plugging agents which take chitosan (CTS), sodium acrylate (SA)as basic material, graft polymerization to synthesize Polymer super absorbent resins. Throughthe control variable method have the best reaction conditions: monomer concentration is10%,quantity partitioning of CTS and SA is1:11, the Dosage of initiator of Potassium persulfate is0.28%, The Dosage of Crosslinking agent is0.15%, the best temperature for reaction is60℃.The experiment shows that the maximum bibulous rate of absorbent resin is216times, themaximum bibulous rate is48times in the concentration of1%NaCl solution. Polymer superabsorbent resins gel of the water retention rate of polymer super absorbent resins gel can stillmaintain at60%in normal temperature conditions after a few weeks. In75℃conditions thewater retention rate can still keep40%28days later, in100℃conditions the water retentionrate can still keep50%14days later.In order to realize the plugging agents to bibulous rate of intelligence, themicrocapsule coating technology is used plugging agent modification. The Intelligentplugging agents and no coated plugging agents made a series of contrast test draw aconclusion, in the temperature which below paraffin wax melting point range, the pluggingagents' absorption ability reduced significantly, and the water absorption rate also decreasedsignificantly, realize the plugging agents of the intelligence.
