| The preparation process and heat insulation property of AZO (Al-doped Zinc Oxide) andATO(Antimony-doped Tin Oxide)/WPU coatings were studied.AZO coatings were prepared on glass substrate by the sol-gel method. The effects offactors such as coating thickness, sol concentration, Al doping concentration (mole fraction)and annealing temperature on the solar direct reflectance of the AZO coating were studied.The optimal preparation condition was the coating thickness of10, Al3+dopingconcentration of0.8mol%, sol concentration of0.9mol/L and annealing temperature of550℃.The solar direct reflectance of AZO prepared at the best condition reached42.5%. Opticalthermal performance of AZO coating was studied in the visible and near infrared light (350~2500nm). Total solar energy transmission of AZO reached36.4%, only42.9%of the value ofthe glass substrate. It indicated that only36.4%of the energy could pass through the coating,while63.6%of the energy was cut off.ATO/WPU composite materials were prepared using ATO nano-particles as functionalfillers and water-based polyurethane (WPU) as film-forming substance. Solar direct ofabsorptance of ATO/WPU coatings increased gradually with the increase of ATO slurrycontent, and it reached19.8%when m (ATO slurry)/m (WPU) was1:3. And the total solarenergy transmission reached76.3%, which has decreased10.5%compared with86.8%of theblank polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films.The heat insulation properties of coatings were characterized by homemade device. Theapplication of AZO coating could effectively relieve the heating rate on its back and reducethe temperature back of the AZO coating. And the temperature back of the AZO coating was6.2℃lower than that the temperature back of glass substrate. ATO/WPU coatings alsoperformanced well on heat insulation property. Compared with the PET substrate, the balancetemperature of the back surface of ATO/WPU coatings has reduced6.8℃when m(ATOslurry)/m(WPU) was1:3. |
