In order to raising the level of investigation on anti-vibration of radar transmitter cabin, this paper study mode analysis of radar transmitter cabin by means of both finite element analysis and experimental analysis of vehicle vibration.Currently, anti-vibration and anti-impulsion technology is mainly focusing on cabinets and insert boxes. Because of the complexity of the system, large size and scale, less work is done on the finite element analysis and experimental analysis of vehicle vibration and large steel structure vibration. This artical takes the structures of radar transmitter cabin frame as the research object, carries out modal analysis using finite element analysis software to obtain modal nature frequencies result. Then, the test of field road running with transmitter cabin on vehicle was carried out. obtaining the resonance points of a radar transmitter cabin through the comparison of modal analysis and the data of road test. structural improvement has been implemented on the basis of the test data.By vibration and shock tests, a response spectrum of the radar equipment cabinet is got. Through comparison of vibration responses at different experimental parameters, analysis of the amplitude amplification, an additional damping structural design is proposed. Analysis of vibration data after optimization shows that the performance of anti-vibration system has been significantly improved.Through above investigation, we can improve the theoretic analysis precision, predicate the welding structural resonant frequency more accurately which can be the base dada to improve structural dynamic capabilities. At the same time, study mode experiment methods of radar equipment cabinet, summarize the experience and rule of testing technology, and thus provide guideline for similar mode experiment.
