Transportation capacity of China's major railway lines very tight rail transport capacity has long been in a state of overload and limited type of transportation. Both the ability and not adapt to channel growth in passenger and freight transport needs, it is difficult to meet the rapid growth of passenger and cargo traffic and transport quality improvement requirements. Build passenger line is very important.With the Rapid Development of China strategy, railway construction has entered a new stage. Existing line speed, capacity expansion; new line Zeyi built as the main passenger line. Passenger Railway China Railway High-speed large-scale construction is a sign of the advent of one of the engineering design and construction, communications signals, train control, command and control and other areas of technology innovation proposed new requirements. In this context, the paper on the domestic passenger line signal control system of different design were analyzed to study the development suited to China's passenger line signal control system of the program.This article describes the background and significance of the research, analyzed the status of the development of domestic and international passenger line; start with the passenger line signal control system composition and function set, and then the passenger line signal system composed of three parts:the train operation control system, Computer interlocking system, central monitoring system design block diagram of the structure were studied. Through a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the system to complete the main functions of the system block diagram of the design and structure of train control center, block center, computer monitoring system, system interface program is also carried out research, draw their own design block diagram. Solved using block diagram of the device is connected to every part of the on-site understanding of the issues.Passenger signal by subsystem analysis, the design of the system not only meets the safety of railway transportation and the principle of quasi-point operation, but also to adapt to the traffic information control to digital networking and intelligent direction of development.
