| Mobile large equipment is a essential heavy equipment in transport, infrastructure and other industries. Because of its large size and quality, carrying and erection are very difficult and it requires additional human and material resources, resource consumption is more and efficiency is less. To solve this problem, we designed a simple, quick erection system, including erection mechanism and hydraulic system.According to the characteristics and requirement of institutions, an appropriate system is selected in detail, which asphalt mixing equipment is the object. By analyzing mechanics, velocity acceleration and kinematics geometrics, optimization design model is established and its objective functions are cylinder stroke and lifting force, the design variables and constrains are determined and optimization program is writed by genetic algorithm and diect search method, reasonable structural parameters are obtained by the use of MATLAB Optimization Toolbox. MATLAB GUI function can observe intuitive and fast optimization process and results of user interface graphic, the results show that the performance parameters are improved. According to the special requirements of the system, hydraulic system is designed and hydraulic components are selected, the hydraulic system and the mechanism are simulated in ADAMS/Hydraulics for verifying the feasibility of the system, the final calculation of simulation results is the same with the actual results, so the model is correct.The mechanism optimization and system simulation is the most important in the whole research, the points of the mechanism and several important performance parameters are determined by optimization and simulation, it is valuable in future design of similar products and has practical significane to shorten the product development cycle. |
