With the development of the manufacturing equipment in china, the demand of the distributed remote monitoring and maintencance is growing. In this context, a monitoring and maintencance unit prototype is designed and developed.The requirement of monitoring unit is analysised in this paper, the overall design plan of unit prototype is proposed; the methods of Ethernet communication congestion control are researched, a dynamically adjusted congestion window method is proposed and the network simulation is used to prove the method; theμc/os-Ⅱembedded operating system is transplanted based on the hardware platform; the improved LwIP stack is transplanted to realize the Ethernet communication function; the prototype system including hardware and software module is designed, hardware module:a power module,a master controller,data storage modules,debuge module,Ethernet communication module,USB module,CAN bus module, software module:USB communication,CAN buscommunication,RS485 bus communication,Web sever.The monitoring and maintencance unit prototype is applied preliminary on the hrdraulic press production line. The result satisfies the expected design goals. The embedded control and maintence unit has some reference value to the actual engineering application development. |
