In the project, tandem vibratory roller is commonly adopted when compacting subgrade and pavement. For the double-drum vibratory roller, several indicators are important, include job performance, reliability, economy, comfort, etc. As an important indicator, comfort becomes more and more concerned due to environmental awareness.As one of rack vibration characteristics, rack beat has great impact on comfort and job performance. It is very important.It does not only affect the vibration of the rack, thereby affecting the machine reliability and cab comfort, but also impact evenness and density by affecting the uniformity of drum vibratory. Therefore, found the reasons and the way to alleviate the effect of beat to tandem vibratory roller rack is a significant problem.Though simplified and calculated the mathematical models of vibratory roller, analyzed the beat influence to uniformity and compaction. By ANSYS modal analysis on the rack, obtained the natural frequency to avoid unfaithful analysis.After discussed the impact factors of rack beat, put forward two ways to evaluate rack beat vibration, range and frequency spectrum area. And combined with experimental data, further calculated and judged the impact of pavement evenness by beat vibration. Two evaluation methods compared two prototype from domestic and foreign.The thesis used ABAQUS element analysis to obtain the damping model. By MATLAB simulation analysis, discussed the effects of vibration uniformity by vibration transmissibility.Using theoretical, experimental, simulation methods combined, found that the frequency difference of the two rollers is the most important factor to rack beat. When the frequency difference is less than 0.5Hz, the rack beat is fine.This study is a guidance, it solved the beat vibration due to double vibration source. It served important application value for the promotion of domestic double-drum roller. |
